How to Get There?

A regular bus service operates between the airport and the city covering all regular flights. The fare is EUR 5,00 per person. Taxis are easy to get in the front of arrival building and the rate to the city is about EUR 30,00 per ride. A special rate for participants’ arrival transfer on Tuesday, 21 October is available through Symposium Secretariat – please check the Registration Form.
A valid passport is required to enter Croatia. For most EU citizens it is possible to get a sticker visa upon arrival at Dubrovnik airport (cash payment – if applies). Participants are kindly invited to verify if they need a visa through the website of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.mfa.hr/MVP.asp?pcpid=1615. Participants requiring visa are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least one month before the intended date of travel.
The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any person requesting one. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates in raising funds or in obtaining a visa. The letter of invitation is not a commitment on the part of the Symposium to provide any financial support. You may request invitation letters in the application form or from the official Congress Committee.
Official Carrier
The official carrier Croatia Airlines has arranged special airfares with the 5th EPSA Autumn Assembly which will be held in Dubrovnik from 20. until 25. October 2008.
Croatia Airlines will grant special discounts on international flights on certain airfares for the participants and 1 accompanying person according to the following details:
C = 20% discount
D = 10% discount
Y, B = 15% discount
M, H, Q = 10 % discount
This discount is applicable for Croatia Airlines international flights only, on tickets purchased at Croatia Airlines offices.
To obtain this discount, Croatia Airlines discount voucher and a confirmed registration form or other written proof of participation must be presented at the time of purchase. It is not possible to obtain the discount for buying online.

By car

By a plane to Split and then by bus to Dubrovnik
Check your local airliners for planes to Split because they are usually much cheaper.
After that you can take the official aircraft bus to the Split bus station and continue with a bus to Dubrovnik.
